I have just replaced my fuel pump and realized that I don't have a rear anti roll bar fitted. I took a look at the front and that's not there either!
Should they be on my 2001 TD5 90 from the factory? There are bolt holes/brackets for both the rear and front on my truck. Mike Hard Top 90 TD5 2001 Ford 100e 1959 www.youtube.com/mikemakesit |

I'm just thinking the ride may be better with them than without them. I don't do any off road work.
Is there anyway to find out if mine was fitted with them originally and would I notice a difference if I was to fit them? Mike Hard Top 90 TD5 2001 Ford 100e 1959 www.youtube.com/mikemakesit |

I fitted them to my csw as it does 99.999% on road duties and the difference in cornering was great no more flopping around. Ray

Only xs td5 had arb's I fitted them to my 90 and it was amazing the difference it made couldn't be without them now standard take offs from a puma will do the job but buy new drop links as they probably won't come with them think I paid about 50 for the 4 drop links and about 30 for the brackets for the bushes to fit to chassis holes are already there Front and back
Defo recommend you will love the difference 2008 110 2.4 XS Utility (Hagrid) 2002 90 TD5 Hardtop (Sully) Sold 1998 300TDi D1 (Billy) Sold |

You only got ARB's if you specced alloy wheels! But not on a 110 station wagon I believe.

I think there are two size that you can fit to the vehicle.
If you are not to do any off road driving like you to write I would recommend the thicker size. |

I see Paddocks sell an Anti-roll bar kit (for both back and front) but its a Britpart kit. Does anyone have any other suggestion or recommendations? Mike

I fitted the Britpart kit to my 110 TD5, it was OK but the rear ARB was not quite right it was touching the fuel tank shield at the corners, l had to bend the edges over a little to stop it.
Later l fitted a genuine rear ARB and it was fine. l also fitted the Britpart kit to our 90 TD5 and there were no problems with that one. Both kits have been on for a couple of years and seem fine, apart from the problem with the rear one on the 110. |
