Hungary 1994 Defender 110 300 Tdi SW Chawton White
300Tdi Defender 110 2" lift brake hose
Hi!

Just ordered a Terrafirma 2" kit for my old lady, but forgot to add extended brake hoses. Can I get away with the stock brake hoses & lift for a while, or do I seriously need the longer hoses right away?

If so, is there any cheaper option than the TF602L?

Thanks!

if your on tarmac they will be fine stock for a while its only on full flex at full lock you normally need longer.

fit the lift and with it level turn to full lock see if it puts strain on the current pipe.

Brake pipes you would be just as well to buy custom made ones from llama4x4 - ring dave, you can also get ones that go straight to a banjo fitting (45deg) for the front caliper. do away with the extra join on the top and makes maint of hubs easier.

no link to llama other than used them for last 10 years, great pipes, great service, never had one fail. Cheers
