worth a try!

Only really thinking of keeping the bits to maintain originality if I decide to sell it at some point. If I get fed up of them filling up a spare bedroom I'll let you know Thumbs Up 110 DCPU

Decided I'm going to go with the 18" Bowlers.....but....8 week lead-in!!

Good news....update from Bowler today. Everything should be in by Monday (wheels, steering guard and bumper). That being the case I'll go and collect Smile

All I haven't arranged are the tyres. Bowler quoted £875 plus vat for 5 BFG KO2's in 265/65 18 which sounds expensive? 110 DCPU

Thats quick mate.

Tyres do seem expensive though. We use a good place for tyres if you want the number you could pick them up on your way up to Bowler

Yep....can't wait!

Not sure I'll have enough space for separate wheels and tyres plus the other bits. But if you have a good contact for tyres that would be very useful.

Great news! If Bowler are installing everything then might be worth them supplying tyres as a done job! Otherwise id get tyres locally. Please do post before and after photos Thumbs Up James

I'm just collecting and will be fitting myself - except for the tyres. The bumper and steering guard should be pretty straightforward. 110 DCPU

Once you start....you'll be on a slippery slope! Mr. Green

Next will be the remap but might go to BAS as the Bowler item is £1200! The tune isn't quite the same, apparently the BAS one is more road oriented. 110 DCPU

Haven't decided whether to get a Nakatanenga wheel carrier to mount the spare or maybe some Optimill hinges? For the moment I'm leaving it off and going to remove the original wheel mount to check the paintwork under it.

The hinge option would be nice and neat.

I have the steering guard and race bumper to fit tomorrow Mr. Green
