There isn't much to photo and I had to go to work after Sad
The switch replaced the one blank one on the binnacle, right side bottom edge.. I routed it as Grafty said.. out of the battery box, along the chassis leg and up the bulkhead.. across to the drivers side and in through the grommet at the back of the binnacle... I managed to not take the dash top off and fed the positive up the side behind the heater controls.. the earth on the other side I have fixed to the bolt holding the door stay to the bulkhead... I haven't made any connections yet and I need to find an ignition live somewhere round the dash...
I have booked the screen to come on Thursday, this I bought off Ebay £180 inc fitting at home Thumbs Up 1993 200Tdi Defender 90

Cheers Procta.. I will have a poke about..
here is the switch.. Only snag is the instructions say two green to outside pins and yellow to the middle.. whereas the colours are reversed on mine.. I have emailed MC to clarify..

whilst I was making the ignition live connection to the heated windscreen loom I added a couple of extra bits..
LED lighting in the footwell and a voltmeter, both controlled by a switch..
I used existing spare feeds in the dash with the old style bullet connectors.
