Puma dash access?

I'm wanting to mount a switch panel to the left of the diff lock direction sticker. Only issue is the need to run the power cord from the rear and through a 1/2" hole. What's behind that trim piece and how would I access it? If I pull the center dash controls, can I access it. See picture below. This is the 3x5" area to the left of the white sticker.

I'm pretty sure the heater unit is immediately behind there.

not even accessible for some power wires you think? if I stick my fingers up there above the foot vents, seems like there is a space.
