Attempted theft Rayleigh Essex
Been told by a friend that a neighbours 15 plate was moved down the road it was parked in last night in an attempt to steal it. They say the steering and pedal locks stopped them. They were in a van, no other info, and returned twice.
Bit vague but thought sharing for info better than not if the scumbags are out and about.
