I don't have a rear view mirror (can't see anything out of it with dark tints on the rear anyway) so its top centre of screen at the front and top of the rear door by the hinge - easy for wiring - with a little window cut in the tint

I used to have the display on rear view full time - but as the image is not mirror image so I found it very odd.

Good luck
Keith

Not Blackvue, but probably close enough.

Front. Probably mounting it slightly lower would help a bit with GPS reception(but it might be just a Thinkware problem)

Rear. Left window. Easier to run the wire than on the door. Also in the centre window you have the brake light.

Not a Blackvue but I have mine behind the rear view mirror in the wiped area of the screen so the video remains clear in the rain Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

Both front and rear are within the swept area of the windows. Thumbs Up

Front - behind the place where once there was a rear view mirror (now technically illegal since it obscures more than 40mm of the swept area, but it didn't when the mirror was fitted, and no-one's ever picked it up at MOT time).

Rear - attached to the swing-away wheel carrier below the wheel, since all other locations simply filmed the spare wheel and not much else.
