You need a copy of 'Microcat' - you can find copies to download on the web. Alternatively, there's a Russian online copy here - http://www.numcat.ru/landrover/ Here's the page for 'Puma' Seatbelts - http://www.numcat.ru/landrover/4/30/8332/ Most of it is in English, with just a little bit of Russian - although, it can be used with online translation, such as 'Google Translate' . If you download the Microcat software, it has language choices when you install it. It does have to be 'fixed'  to make it work without a Dongle, there's also a 'current date' issue and it can be quite difficult to get it to run with Windows versions after XP
