Hi all,
I have these brand new LED headlights for sale at £100 (inc. delivery). Great lights, I have them on my every day 90, much better vision and throw. Best upgrade i've done so far. I personally don't like the halo effect or amber turn signal so just use them as stock headlights (but the option is there). I can send a video of them working if needed. http://amzn.eu/5VF00dj Ta TD5 Defender 90 Discovery 3 HSE Last edited by huffhuff on 19th Jan 2017 4:29pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Actually quite tempted by these as my crystals have perished somewhat. Could you post a photo of the high and low beam patterns at night please?

Yep, if it's dark when I go home tonight i'll take a video. My journey home is all back lanes, no street lighting. I used to have to put my light bar on to see... no need now, in fact, you hardly notice when I do switch it on. The headlights are so clear and project great. No flashes from oncoming cars etc. as long as you set them right with the adjusting screws on the light bezel.
Once i've upgraded to LED indicators, i'll wire up the amber flash halo TD5 Defender 90 Discovery 3 HSE |

Good plan. Upgrade to LED indicators/brakes/etc last year. Absolutely worth the price. Look forward to the vid. No stress if it is tomorrow though.

out of interest are these a straight plug and play for existing headlights on a 1996 defender? not bothered about side lights etc just want a brighter headlight than the originals without paying £400-500 for the smarter makes

Sold
But for reference, yes, plug and play for standard headlights. Bit of fiddling needed to get halo/DRL and indicator working (but still very easy and wouldn't take long. TD5 Defender 90 Discovery 3 HSE |
