Can't be a 300tdi because it's got a v belt, give us an engine number and I'll tell you for definite
If you're replacing the wing panel anyway then you might as well get one with a vent, rarely see the panels for sale without vents, in aluminium at least. Judging by the picture you've posted it looks like you could run a rubber hose similar to the one that goes into the airbox out the airbox intake and connect it too the vent. The passenger wing vent should have some plastic thing (part no: MWC1826) on the other side which would allow you to connect the air intake hose. There's isn't really any point in getting a proper 200tdi filter housing as you'll still have the same problem trying to connect it to the vent. The 12j/19j one like you have is probably better anyway. 1999 Land Rover Defender 110 td5 station wagon 1998 Land Rover Defender 110 County Station Wagon ~ Sold 1995 Land Rover Defender 110 V8 Station Wagon ~ Sold 1985 Land Rover 110 ex mod project Tithonus ~ Sold |

No problem gilly, happy to help, we all have to start somewhere 😊
I've probably got a 200 disco dip stick in the garage somewhere. Pm me your address and when I find it over the weekend I'll send it to you. Mo The Land Rover 90 - Many are called, few are chosen. |

As mentioned, get a Southdown snorkel and route your own flexi from your existing air box, don't bother changing your wing to a 200tdi one, it'll be a nightmare finding the internal plastics to make the snorkel work, plenty of breather pipe available in all shapes and sizes from places like demon tweeks. 2006 TD5110 station wagon
