United Kingdom 2001 Defender 90 Td5 HT Java Black
One here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LAND-ROVER-DISCO...7oWDbP_vSQ
Or here
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FUEL-PRESSURE-RE...Swxp9W6ArI
Bit more expensive

If you type TD5 pressure regulator kit into e bay search there are several options, if you just type TD5 pressure regulator then you will also see the full unit, but as I said the housing is just an aluminium casting and not subject to wear.
You pays your money and takes your choice.
If you buy the gaskets separate then remember the P10 has a different gasket to the P 15, and if you do it yourself take great care the little filter in the head falls out when you pull the o ring out and it gets lost beyond any finding......... I know. Ray

England 2002 Defender 110 Td5 SW Coniston Green
A few years ago when mine "blocked" I cracked it open with my penknife and washed it with some lighter fluid, didn't do much so I thought that I hadn't anything to lose by halving the amount of "filter" medium that went back in. It did cure the major problem for long enough for me to get hold of a new one.
Earlier models didn't have them fitted and there's plenty of people around that have binned the things all together.

Not sure here but are you mixing up the bleed valve and the non return valve?
The non return was not in all vehicles but that's the one on the front filter connection nearest to the chassis, it has something like the neck of a baloon inside it which is what blocks the return flow.
The bleed valve is on the back side of the filter and inside is a little plastic fitting with an o ring around it and some white (when new) material in the center. Ray

thats the one,it seems like the fuel system is not pressuring up enough....it nearly starts but not quite......all ive done is change the filter and the injector loom.....pump is pumping......if i spin the engine long enough it will start so loom is doing what loom does.....got the fuel regulator on order so as soon as that comes i'll fit it .....and going to get a hawkeye from somewhere

Totally unrelated to the fuel system but a dodgy crank sensor and/or missing shim ?

Easy to find and fix.

Sensor is on top of the bellhousing at the 1 o clock position as seen from the rear of the vehicle. it is approx 50mm behind the cylinder head.

If you need a shim it is NSJ000010.
