Simon, hope this is not too much of a distraction from your sale but I'm curious if that's an awning mounted on the roof bars? If so, can I trouble you to tell me what make it is? It looks very neat. Have you been pleased with it?

I quite like it, setting up takes five minutes and no road noise
Would like it in black, but you cannot have everything
