I popped in on Friday to see grafty and have a catch up Whistle then i had a tour around his " new look " defender, well all i can say is that the pics on here dont do it justice, the colour is so much better when your standing and looking at it Bow down

Bow down The drive up was very wet but it all kept rolling and I still got there in under 4 hrs Mr. Green

As it happens Procta I have a set of genuine tdi trims, however they've been poorly sprayed by the guy I got them off (cheap) best bet would be eBay. That's where I got my new ones and they're unmarked used. I got them for £260 which isn't bad Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

I have seen the odd bits of trims go on ebay so I may just have a look. I can get a few bits painted at work for free, when the lads have spare time. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

it does make you laugh like when you see how bad some jobs are, One of the lads got a custom made exhaust for his car, the lad wanted 600 quid for load of mess. the system had blows and didn't even fit correctly at all. Basically it was just scrap, the lad doing the system had the car for a while too if I remember. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Luckily I got these for much less than £600! I planned to have them trimmed in alcantara with infil panels for when my 90 was still a HT but never got round to it 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

Finally got my phone back from Samsung unrepaired (useless beggars) Banging Head

It still takes pictures though so as promised some pictures of the latest bits and bobs.

Firstly the rear door with marker and puddle lights. They don't photograph well in the sun but they're pretty bright!

I put the red marker in line with the tail lights so when the door is open and the spare wheel hides the tail light, this one is in line (all be it slightly further in)

Then the rear interior which is getting there. Just put the interior trims in as they are for now and will get them wrapped in alcantara at a later date Thumbs Up

And finally I've changed my light bar to a driving pattern one Thumbs Up

the rear trim looks well mustard! Mine looks so bare its unreal!
What did you use to carpet the rear tub out? Also I love the neat puddle lights! Also is that a mud door card on the rear? Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

Thanks procta Bow down
All of the interior trim is genuine landrover, including the rear door card. The mud one does look similar though Thumbs Up

The carpet is an LRI kit. It's actually more comprehensive than the genuine carpet as it covers the sides of the tub as well. Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

I have been looking at LRI carpets on ebay for mine, I didn't know they went right up the tub, which is a nice thing, sort of adds more insulation to the back end. Smile Prices isn't bad at all, did you replace the front carpets too? Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back
