Trump for President....
Does this look bad, or what?

http://www.politico.com/2016-election/results/map/president

After the European car industry shot itself in the foot on emissions, the Brexit vote went pear-shaped, now this. Trump is well on his way to become the 45th President of the United States. Shocked Shocked Shocked
Not that the choice was great, but this isnt going to be good news for any of us.

Apparently, the majority of his supporters drive pickup trucks.

A lot to do with backlash politics in my opinion.

Many normally uninterested or conservative (with a small c) voters moved by recent events in the world and our leaders responses.

Next years German elections will be interesting also!

Is it a case of God help America (and the rest of us) rather then God bless America?

Can't help but become increasingly pessimistic about where the world is heading to. I'm happy I don't have any kids whos future I have to worry about. There have been times where the future of the world was (more or less) a joint project of the majority of the worlds population. Now it seems like it is everyone for themselves and eyes wide shut.

Greetings,

Joris

^^^^^^^ Me too. Neither were ideal candidates but I think Trump aligns more with the UK. I pity the voters in the US it must of been like trying to choose which one of your nuts you want kicking Confused I started with nothing and still have most of it left!

it is another angry vote against ....................... who knows , I don't think even those voting know what they are angry about.

The main stream press whip up hysteria and the politicians lie to profit from this.

Sad really. HR064 Hampshire and Berkshire 4x4 Response

I thought you wouldn't like it, not surprising with Clinton's "stronger together". Razz
