Well I've had mine for a week and I'll I can say is fan****ingtastic!

No probs so far (roof alignment fine, finish good). Definitely a feeling of superiority (as I peer over all those soft-roaders) mixed with a little guilt (when I'm stuck in traffic with a Prius or a Golf next to me - but I'll get over that).

Future technical glitches may soften my stance, but so far, the Defender is the most enjoyable and unique driving experience I've ever had. By the way, for those out there still unconvinced, it is a brilliant family car (the kids love it), it handles better than you would expect in the city, other motorists get out of your way and you'll never worry about scratches and dents (and I'm not ex SAS nor am I a masochist).

No regrets - like a religious conversion (too much?)
