Emergency - how to reseat the air box!
Can anyone that has had there puma air box loose and back in again helpHow can I get the rubber grommet mount on the bottom to reseat in the bracket? No matter how much I push it won't go back. The bracket seems more likely to bend than let the rubber donut thing go back through?

Need to get this sorted so can get to work in the morning! 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Put plenty of lube on the rubber to assist the box pushing back into it

You have to ensure that the rear ones (one on the side are lined up as you have to ensure these are engaged fully belfor the bottom ones will push in - Just push hard
Sorry cant be of more help - I struggled with mine

It is a real pain in the ass. I would grease/lube all 4 locations pins and make sure the rears are located first before trying to connect the 2 underneath the air box.

You do have to push pretty hard to locate them all.

Its a really crap design - especially if you have air con!
