Remember in years gone by, Land Rover were heartily criticised for the engines they used.Remember in the years of the series 111 people were crying out for more power. more poke and more this and that. From 3 main bearing to 5 main bearing and people still moaned. Now with the TDCi we have state of the art and some of us are still not happy! Same went for the Td5.I know nothing is 100% perfect but will we be ever 100% pleased with what we get from Land Rover? |

I'm quite happy with the motor and the interior, my problem is the realiabitity of the motor and some design bugs that I suposse will be corrected with the time.

I'd doubt there's anyone who wouldn't have prefered the TdV6... it would have tranformed the vehicle beyond compare... shame.

I don't mined so much all the problems and break downs, its the fact they can't (or won't) fix the issues. For example the last it went in I told them that (among other faults) the rear dif (or axel) is wining (bit like me really |

I find dealers variable in their attitude. Some will fix without argument while others will try the 'but they are all like that Sir' line |
