Lock Barrels
Does anyone know if the drivers door and tailgate lock barrels are interchangeable ? 2004 110 CSW (Called Yoda)

yes lock barrels are interchangeable the only one you can not interchangeable steering column with doors barrels 2A onwards

... but you can get sets where the same key works on both doors and ignition. Haven't found one where the petrol cap works on the same but one day!

There's a guide somewhere to change the lock in the petrol cap - you have to drill a small hole in the body of the cap to release the spring to take the old barrel out, then you can replace the barrel with one the same as in the doors.

Looks like it's pre-TD5 only though.

A word of warning about the lock sets that all work off the ignition key - it looks like they take a lock set and re-grind the pins to fit the ignition key, rather than replacing the lock pins. This means that the locks aren't as secure as 'proper' locks and more likely to work with any key rather than just yours...
