Suggestion: A place for V8 owners (or petrol owners)
We have a few areas for TDI, TD5 and Puma owners but nowhere to talk about v8 engines; because they are so different to the diesel engines I feel it would be a good idea to have a dedicated area where us v8 owners can talk about v8 things. 1999 Land Rover Defender 110 td5 station wagon

Now whilst a V8 section is excellent, as I do have a V8 110, I am concerned that I might be the last person still driving a 2.5 petrol.

People often forget how much faster the 2.5 petrol is compared to the V8's. For example spark plug changes are twice as fast Rolling with laughter

Anyone else sticking with the 2.5 petrol? Fixing Land Rovers for over 25 years..........and making excuses to the wife for almost as long Smile

Ade, we had one a good while back and I can honestly say it was really lovely to drive, but alas had a few too many holes where they didn't ought to be! Rob
