I wanted a permanent live in the roof for another light - but i didnt want to run a load of cables and drop the headlining

How much current do you need? You can use the interior light circuit or the towing electrics providing you don't overload anything Smile

I dont have the owing electrics (annoyingly otherwise i would take a live feed)

4 amps is what i want to take

I assume its the purple brown - unless there is another +ve feed in the rear? Mike

Even though you haven't got a tow bar/trailer socket fitted haven't you still got the multi-plug tucked away behind the lights on the off side rear? The plug to join the plug and play towing electrics along with a positive feed.

Thanks - thats what i did, i dont like hacking into looms - so ive put a temp feed up to power a few things which i can now do.

Rather annoyingly broke the clip holding the plug on Evil or Very Mad Mike
