[Wanted] Genuine 110/130 Springs
I'd like to run standard, genuine springs (with air bag helpers on rear) and KONI HT Raid shocks on the 130, for the time being at least.

Does anyone have a set of new or nearly new take off springs to suit a 110/130?

I believe the part numbers are as follows;

Front Drivers - NRC9448 (Blue/Red)
Front Passengers - NRC9449 (Yellow/White)
Rears - RKB101111 (Purple/Brown)

Thanks in advance. 1985 127 V8 Build Thread

Are you looking for standard duty for the rear or the ones designed for use with the self-leveller?

I think I've got a set of new rear coils that are designed for use with the self-levelling sat on a shelf in the workshop. Fitted them then realised I'd ordered the ones for the self-leveller so took them back off. That's the extent of use they've had, don't think I even drove with them on.

NRC7000 and NRC6388 I think looking at my old order so not matching up with your numbers but they are the "softest" springs there. Ed

I must confess I know very little about the self levelling system...

Thank you for the offer, but I presume they won't be top to the task of supporting a fully laden 130.

Unless of course someone knows different? 1985 127 V8 Build Thread

Surely the air bags are there for the fully laden 130?

The purpose of the self-leveller is basically the same as the air-bags, it adjusted itself to compensate for the load in the back but via hydraulics rather than a manual air system. If the vehicle was empty then the springs provide the comfiest ride available, but the moment you put some weight on them then they drop down - but are meant to be aided by air bags or the hydraulic self-leveller.

If you're always fully laden then not for you.

Here's a pic of the 110 without any helper air bags - sits down quite low:

The self adjuster was for County vehicles so they could have softer springs for on-road comfort. Utility vehicles just had stiffer springs. 130s have an inner helper spring. Some are being sold in this forum currently

Having done a bit of reading I don't think the springs for self levelling will be up to the 130, but thanks for the offer! 1985 127 V8 Build Thread
