Series/Defenders are currently selling for very strong money andto be fair the older they are the more they are likely to increase in value.

Its lovely. Already over 7K already with 8 days to go. I would say between £8K - £10K is pretty much bang on and I don't think you will have any issue getting it.

And to think I rebuilt my S2a, took it back to the chassis, rebuilt with a lot of new parts. Ended up fitting a Turner head to it. Sold it for £500

Walfy there are many people with similar stories how many series 1's have been sold in the past for a few hundred quid and been cut up into off road toys. If only we had a crystal ball... 2001 TD5 110 County Station Wagon - sold
