You might want to try reducing the glycol concentration in your coolant from 50% down to 40% or 30%. This will increase the heat transfer capacity of your cooling system.
It will still give you antifreeze protection to about -20c.

Water is much more efficient at conducting heat than glycol.

Thanks for the answers and in fact doesnt look very good.

The tank looks OK and no coolant leaking are visible but I will check again. I change almost all the coolant some month ago (after a pipe repair). I will see how much Glycol I have (I dont remember now) but for our use -20°C looks OK.

I have the usual cooling mods except the fan spacer! Heavy towing and grades still send the temperature too boiling point. Whilst being a pressurised system this is not such a problem. It does indicate that the cylinder head temperature sensor is pointing to a build up of heat. I think this is due too radiator efficiency, or lack of. I would like too hear from someone with an upgraded aftermarket radiator. Thumbs Up
