He says that he has Boost alloys, but i am thinking the wheels may be part of the problem. Non genuine / poor copy wheel?

Hello all, more information coming.

The tires are, 245/75/16, the wheels are these http://www.paddockspares.com/boost-16x7-bo...-rrc.html, they have been there for 3 years aprox 150kkm.

The axle is in line and it doesn´t steer on its own, dismounted the trailing arms and they are not bended, we changed the rubbers there when we did the A frame joint. The threads on the 4 bolts that hold the joint on the axle where bad so they told me they had to re thread them.

I will put the money on the A arms, I will dismount them next week when I have some time and less heat (summer here) Augusto

Can the trailing arms be fitted back to front??

I have just been searching on axle offset and this popped up Wink

My rear axle looks like its about 1" offset in relation to the front axle, my tire after spacers fitted has the rear nearside wheel around 1" outside the wheel arch when looking from the rear, the offside looks to be sitting in by about the same, circa 1".

The car is new to me, nothing looks bent underneath, everything looks square, nothing looks deformed and rear tub is nice and square as well.

Lateral arms look square as well......

Cheers
Andy
