Thanks !! What a cool guy he was.

I'd recommend 'On any Sunday' to anyone who hasn't seen it.

Any Series 3 2.6L 6 cylinder! Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Ta ta Defender

Probably not that special, but this Series that I saw in Norway this year looked the business.

Usually I'm not that much of a big wheel afficionado, but I can't help but wonder how these would look on our Td5! I think those are one-ton type rims, the tyres were 16x9.00.

This beautiful 109 was spotted at Old Warden. It is part of the Shuttleworth Collection and has been restored by the Landrover Built to Order Department as a charity.

A few months earlier this ambulance was on show at the Wings and Wheels show at Dunsfold:

Limestone series 3's, a great combination, although I am biased

900 tyres on a series look good but some just look a little bit better, if not the most practical
