Phone app to follow road book gpx tracks?
We have bought a road book from vibraction and they have sent us a track in gpx format.
What good apps are there to follow the tracks??
Looking for both iPhone and android.

Hi. I have used the TwoNav app on my iphone to great success. It is compatible with the GPX format.

Where are you heading?

TwoNav - Will have to try it.
Having been checking out viewranger. I think viewranger will do what we need to do but it feels a bit clunky.

MemoryMap will do it, import the gpx file and set it as a route to follow. You get an "arrow" pointing your way as well as showing the track and your position on the map. http://www.yorkshireoffroadclub.net/

I tried memorymap on my iphone. Was a bit too buggy. I couldn't use it without constant popups about buying maps.

Ah been there. Lovely part of the world. Spent a good 6 weeks touring around Spain and France when I eloped to Gib with my now wife.

Spain have a huge selection of free OS style of maps you can download directly from TwoNav as well.

I've been playing a bit with TwoNav. It has the most potential amongst the apps I've tried to far but the interface is very clunky and unintuitive.
I'll keep trying more apps but TwoNav seems to be the best of a not so great bunch Sad
