Stoopid alarm question?
Where is the receiver situated for the alarm remote control? Never quite sure where to point the gizmo. 1999 Td5 110 CSW

"Aim" roughly at the drivers A post. Take a look via the search button on this forum for a way to better the range of the key fob, it's quite an easy modification.

it's actually a short orange wire from the green box 10AS unit behind your dashboard.

Extend this wire up your A frame for longer distance reception. From the land of the most expensive land rover defenders on planet earth. At �125k for a XS 110 csw and you get to own it only for 10yrs! Please find me a good reason to stay on this island.
