^^^^ Those are the better type with an SMD chip.
The regular 'dome' style tipped LED's are crap!

The one's in my gallery weren't much cop and since changed mine to SMD type but mine are coloured which I doubt you'd want. Laughing

Has anyone tried these yet?

I've got these in mine ...

Very bright, plenty of light output in the load area, overkill for the cab [It's like daylight Laughing ] ... Thumbs Up Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.

I've got those in my 2007 Puma and they are good. However, when I tried them in my 2015 Puma, the LED's still glowed a little after the courtesy light delay did its stuff. The only way to stop this was to turn the courtesy light switch to off.

Couldn't have that so bought the SMDs instead. 2015 90 XS CSW TDCi - Beautiful

Thanks for the replies. Ordered a couple bulbs of evil bay hopefully they'll make the load area brighter.

I fitted those front and rear, much brighter inside! I'm also going to fit a third standard courtesy light above the middle row of seats. Total cost will be ~£20!

I have had the 36-LED board in my 90 for about 3-years now, VERY effective.

I first bought a couple for my wife's Freelander and was so impressed that I decided to replace the LED festoon bulb I had fitted previously to the 90. The 36-LED unit is far superior.

From a different post:

I've got one of these fitted, it's very bright and uses a fraction of the power of the old one. I measured the old one at about 700mA, this at something like 170mA.

My girlfriend complains it's too bright though, if I'm dropping her off it blinds her when she gets out.

I have just ordered the Mud unit. I thought it looked like a great piece of kit.

TerryT, can you conform that these don't have the problem that means they glow continuously?

I like the look of these and was thinking of getting a pair (front and rear) for mine.

Thanks!

I just got one and it works fine!
Impressed. I also picked up a vanity mirror for the missus whilst I was at it.
