Puma TPS...
Whilst I was cleaning out my drivers footwell the other day, I noticed the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) wiring seemed quite exposed... looks like the wires are almost just soldered in a quite open 'connector chocolate box' arrangement.

Has anyone one her had issues with the TPS, perhaps after it has got wet when the footwells are maybe hosed out etc? I am wondering if it is a part one would perhaps carry as a spare on a long trip away from JLR garage support?

England 2005 Defender 90 Td5 XS CSW Tonga Green
I was thinking the same thing about my Td5 last week actually. I'm surprised I haven't caught it with by feet yet and yanked them out.

How fast does a Defender go in top gear with anti-stall anyway?
