2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 USW Santorini Black

Wheel part exchange service??

Just a query!
Having just spent the last 2 hours washing the crudd off my defender 110 I'm thinking my 'winter tyres' need a re think. I currently have cooper stt265 75 16s on steel modulars for the winter and boosts with factory fit continentals as the summer option. The wider stts on modulars have more of an off set hence the permanently filthy defender. However I'm wondering about maybe 1 set of wheels with all terrains and not bother with the changing between sets which brings me to my query:
Do any of the wheel and tyre suppliers offer a part ex service?
5 boosts and continentals 12500 ish miles
4 black mods (nearly new) and cooper stt with 12mm tread left.
