I'm not familiar with that sub so can't specifically help you. I'm also not sure what spec the radio would be in your 2011 car.
However, a google suggest that the amp your looking at has speaker level inputs so you could tap into your existing speaker wiring. Better still would be to use line level but you'll need to check the specs of your head unit to see if it has line level phono/rca sockets.
