Using ceramic grease now also for the Wolfs, not necessary for these, but my opinion better for the alu summer Dual Tones, so use this year round now.

You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Morning all, since the clocks have gone back this morning, my Keeper has gone back to Winter boots. Wolf's and the road biased rims and tyres are in the garage. Definitely changes the whole look don't you think?

The ones on the Wolf rim seem to be the out of factory 235/85 R16 Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's. I'm not sure about the other ones tough. Wink

Scotland 2015 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 HT Fuji White
Rim & Tyre Details
Yes you are quite right about the Winter Wheels.

Factory fitted from new rims (although they have been powder coated).

Goodyear Wrangler MT/R LT235/85/R16, with 30mm spacers.

Summer wheels are 18inch 5 spoke Overfinch rims with the same offset as the "Wolf's with spacers".

Tyres are Bridgestone M+S 265/85/R18 112H.

Summer tyres run a lot quieter and hold the road better in the dry and wet on the road.

MT/R's hum a bit more but slow me down in the winter and give me more reassurance on farm track and fields.

Hope this was of use.
