On the basis that it has a 16 inch tyre on it already, your 16s would fit.

You need to be sure about weight rating of the wheel to be able to carry your Defender. I don't know much about RRCs other than they look cool.
Thumbs Up

i want this size 285/75/16 because diameter is 3 cm bigger than 7.50R16 ( 83,4 cm - 80,2 cm) and i think it is the simplest way to increase the distance between the ground and the center differential.( i don't like the idea of coil and suspension because i have heard about problems with noise and bumps)
as i can see i have to find other type of wheel Sad

... and it will make a diference on your speed reading, and reduce your turning circle if (maybe) they rub your suspension arms. it happened to me with a set of General SAG 7.50/16 - which were the correct measure for the Defender-so I had to limit the turning circle Regards

To be on the safe side get some modular steel rims (7-8" wide). Puma 110" SW

255's are a very good choice but it may need a lift to stop rubbing. The steel wheels are not rated for 110 but ok for 90's
