Chile 2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Stornoway Grey
Near the Aconcagua mount.
On Saturday morning we start a nice trip using a private road to a gold mine up to the Andes near to Acongagua mount. Thanks to MK for the invitation

Starting the ascension near to el Colorado River


At 1.800 mt the snow start to appear.



Going up and up


Snow blowers was working to clear the road of the last snow fall just 2 days before.

At the summit of our trip at 3240 mt, both Pumas working OK.

The road with the sun is getting mudy



Spot the white Defender



Finally at the barbeque place. The road continues for other 40 km but no time to continue.



Nice place, good company, excelent food prepared at the patagonian style and an excelent weather

Thanks for the comments and to MK for get all the permissions to use this road, we really enjoy the trip more than anyone.

Also was a good opportunity to show for the first time the wheel chains.

In my case the standard ones (General Grabber 235/85R16) and I think that MK have the same ones.
