no difference to be honest but i am not a huge fan of the flaps right back there, dont like the big gap... plan to get a new SS system made up so i will likely revert back to the factory look. Thumbs Up

Factory look SS stainless rear mudflap holders for the 110 are available from Offroad-Tec in Germany. I have them and they are first class. Here is the link:

And factory look SS front mudflap holders may still be available from Entreq. I have those too (bought from Brendan years ago). Those are also as good as it gets obviously, just not sure if Entreq still carry them in their assortment.

Added - just noticed that Offroad-Tec now also offer the factory look SS front mudflap holders with the added advantage that they bring the front mudflap 45 mm further to the outside, so less chance front tires throw mud up at your doors. That is similar to the Entreq front version I have. Here is the link:

Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

Few things planned for the weekend....

Fit the Hannibal rack
Fit standard rear exhaust section and standard flaps
Try the soft A bar back on. Although I will then lose the lazer grille and st4's so would go for the r28 on the rack.
Good clean and cars & coffee meet. Andy

TNT dropped of the rack early as it was taking up so much space in the van so got it put together and on this afternoon.

I think the giggles of myself and Ged (Redbeard) sum up a LS3 defender. Andy

Very nice Andy.

What conclusion did you come to with the exhaust?

PS I'm the annoying James Bell that you've been very helpful to on email Smile

Just spotted the update on your build Thumbs Up

Exhaust, not sure, will have it back to the standard look tomorrow, reckon though I will have Ged work his magic and make me a custom system that looks the way I want and also helps the LS. Cool Andy

That makes sense mate.

Im the king to buy a std rear silencer box and get the guys at wildcat to use existing one plus new one to have output look OEM but one each side. Theres a well respected performance exhaust setup round the corner from here that i will go and see in a few days. Have to ay though yours sounds amazing with the standard wildcat setup!

Looks better Thumbs Up Personally not a fan of the previous setup, reminds me of Khan Defenders.

What about the bigger diameter sport exhaust that Bowler and others fit - would that not help the engine breathe better, or perhaps not enough for the beast you have under the bonnett now... MY15 Aintree 110 SW - for sale - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic82781.html
