OK, so who knows why they are meant to be so good, i take no baord cell technology but for the £££ they seem alot just to take more cycles.

Do they discharge as quick as say a Numax? Cheers

Think its more to do with name and prestige as they were among the first and best but now you have Exxide and the likes, I can get two exxides for the price of one Odyssey and hear nothing but good reviews on them

Mine lasted no longer and performed no better than an ordinary lead-acid battery.

I had one in my Discovery 1 but as the quote says it lasted the same as an ordinary battery. Very disappointed having spent so much money on it. Cheers Don.

I am looking into buying all the bits to fit a dual battery solution in my 110 and the costs of the batteries are IMHO extortianate Big Cry . My requirement is that the batteries are the same model (personal choice) and fit in the space allocated in the tray, what do you experienced folks propose as alternates?
