good job BM52.
I choose the rear location so, covered by a black fabric cover, my sub is well hidden.... yessss is a big big big positive difference where do you fit the sub remote control? my solution is on the external side of the seats rail (from the rail and the door). and, but I'm arrived late, here the removal tools ![]() Click image to enlarge look the shape of the ends ![]() Click image to enlarge ![]() ![]() IID Pro MV License Last edited by dgardel on 4th Sep 2010 9:02pm. at the moment my remote is lying on the floor by the sub until i decide where to put it, probably on the side of the cubby towards the front. i'm still 'playing' with the settings, almost there.
when i saw your remote it reminded me that i had'nt reconnected the heated seat wires under the squab...doh ![]() |

been for a 30 odd mile drive this moring and i cannot believe the difference in sound quality. yeah yeah, i know it's not fully hi-fi quality that my old Audi and Saab had but is is close enough.
![]() in the next couple of weeks i will be doing two 250 mile round trips so having a sound system that you can enjoy will be great. can't wait for the drive now ![]() Cheers for all the advice, even from my local Halfords. The sub wires did'nt have the correct connectors for the pr-outs on the head unit. One Saturday, spotty, radio nerd later and i had a simple replacement cable that went fron head untit straight to the sub. He was actually very helpful and knew his stuff which is rare for them on a Saturday IMHO. ![]() |

Am I right in thinking your lower seatbelt anchor point is on the B-pillar or seat mount, as opposed to being down by the side of the door and sill? Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated ![]() |
