Wading plugs on the 380 bellhousing
Hi folks,
Can someone explane way there is 3 plugs underneat the bellhousing on a 380 main box wich all seem to be some sort of wadingplugs. On my 90 Td5 there is 2 plugs who has squere heads and there is one hole with treads thats is open ( left side of the bellhousing). On my brothers 110 Td5 there is 2 plugs with inwards squere heads and the third has a normal 6 side bolthead ( on the left side of the bellhousing)And a friends 130Td5 there is 2 squere heads plugs and one torx bolt head ( right side of the bellhousing).
In the old days, there was only one wadingplug wich we use when wading, so can anyone explane why there is three of them now? -99 Td5 90 CSW
