I took my 2.4tdci in to have an engine problem investigated, whilst on holiday.
The staff were all very friendly + helpful, and the fault was identified + fixed while I waited.
They have been a Land Rover dealership for 25+ years, and seem to know their business.
There were also Defenders in the showroom, on the forecourt, and in the workshop, which is always an encouraging sign.
The chap on the service desk spoke excellent English + owns a 300tdi, so lives the dream himself!
I was there from 9.00 to 4.00pm, as it was a bit of a fit-in job, but was shown to a leather sofa, surrounded by Land Rovers, Range Rovers + Jaguars, kept plied with coffee & given regular updates - All in air conditioned comfort.
They didn't even kick me out when the dealership closed for lunch between 12 - 2.00pm.
An iPad, fully loaded with books + music certainly helped to pass the time.
All in all, if you have to break down on holiday, this is as good as it gets  '57 Defender 110 XS Station Wagon 2.4tdci
