Nick, Fuchs South Africa now brings in the Titan Supersyn F 5w30, which is made specially for Ford & Jaguar, maybe they also have it in Zambia? --

United Kingdom 2013 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Aintree Green
A little update on this, I just spoke to the guy at Opie Oils who advised the following for the new 2.2 Puma WITH Diesel particulate filter: Ford Spec 934B, (C is higher standard).
Use Shell Helix Diesel Ultra AFL C or Millers XS Long life C1.

Cheers all.

Wales 2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Santorini Black
I recently got my Magnatec A1 from Amazon.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0042EU...&psc=1

£20 for 4 litres I thought was pretty cheap.

Shell Helix do a Ford compliant too, used that stuff in my race car and it's great, even smells nice when running hot.

It was a toss up between those 2 and at that price, the Magnatec won. Craig Rogers

That is a great oil for the Puma, probably the best. I tried to get some but they only bring it in 200L drums Sad --
