PROMO TYRES
DO NOT USE!!!

Possibly one of the worst buying experiences I have ever had. I ordered over a week ago. Still no email from them, promised me a tracking number 3 times but still nothing. German speaking staff.. Never ending disappointment

Never had a problem ordering from Germany - I find their customer service often out-performs English companies.

Have you tried asking to speak to someone in English?
