TD5 Base Model Radio Wiring
I have a td5 base truck with the td5 dash etc. It doesn't have a radio or speakers. It does have an antenna though. I removed the dash and noticed there is no harness to just plug a radio in. Is there an easy way to have a shop wire up a stereo. Very leary of having someone screw around if it's not straight forward.

Thanks

The Td5 has its own type of connector - not the standard ISO ones.

Providing that connector is there you will be able to pick up an adaptor on eBay:

Then it's plug and play so to speak ...

Can't help with the problem Off Topic but how do you get away with having a td5 in LA? I thought it was 25 years or older for land rovers/defenders. Ray

Ah, I see. Didn't know you could do that with all the clamp downs we've read about. Thumbs Up Ray
