I did that about 7 years ago when unloved in the shire, it was a great day as the take you round their site and the off into the hills around (they have access to a lot of land which isn't all passable by freelancers (2 in the group when I went)) and the right to the top of a hill for lunch with a great view. If it's a clear day that is.

I had been to that place before and took a G4 disco for a spin and the guy that was with me then also lead the group on their trek day, he wasn't your average experience guy and really made sure you had a good time. Russell

when it says "your own 4x4" does it mean bring your own, or you will be in one provided for you?

does look good! would be interested to hear what you think of it! Cheers, David

You take your own.

1 of the experience centre guys leads you round in one of their vehicles (typically the defender) and you follow in yours just as we do round Salisbury plains Dave Thumbs Up Russell

Might have to put my name down for this as its only a few miles along the road. The estate is massive also so hopefully you get to venture up some of the more interesting bits.

The way I read it you take your own 4x4. Only slight issue I have with this is you can do an all day session with the SLROC for about £15 so the value for money looks a little offset... 2002 Td5 | 90 County Station Wagon | Oslo Blue

Hi Bev

Used to be heavily involved in the SLROC, their driving days are great especially Bathgate, Torphicen and Abe's at Coulport, we are taking our pals and their kids along and thought it would be nice to see some scenery on tracks we hadn't covered before Thumbs Up

Cheers

If I remember rightly, it'll cost you another £600 if you want to use one of theirs!

I've been receiving rather a lot of these emails recently but they are all far too rich for me.
