Glyn hasn't posted to this forum since 20th Dec 2013 at 10:18pm. I wonder what became of him.
Most people,even if selling the Defender and leaving the forum says so, but his departure was unannounced and abrupt. Anyone know what became of him? Hope he's OK and still Defendering, he had a very nice DC! |

He was looking at leaving and broadening his horizons handing back the Queen's Shilling. He was also considering some form of 'road trip' but it didn't involve the M5 I believe.

I think so. If you visit his profile and select "find all posts by Glynparry25" that is the most recent in the list.
He may of course still be reading posts. It puzzled me at the time, because he was a prolific and helpful poster with a cool vehicle and then just stopped suddenly. I know people lose interest, move on, sell the Defender and buy something else, etc, but in these cases usually there is something they say, or their posts become less frequent and then fizzle out. Or they pop back from time to time. It is rare that they stop abruptly and completely. Hope he's OK, anyway. |
