Thanks. Looks more fabric construction and can't work out why it sticks up through roof rack.

Ah, this one.

I believe the owner made it himself - using a steel frame and then ripstop canvas segments that are velcor'ed to the frame. The roof though is an aluminium panel, IIRC --
