If it is of interest to anyone I have the steel rope taken from the Superwinch Husky 8 I am currently rebuilding. I has some surface rust in places but no damage or kinks.
The end is a taper as per mounting into the drum with a grub screw. The hook is in reasonable condition but again is rusty. £20or offers, collected from near Rotherham as it weighs a lot or could take to LRO Ripley Castle show in May. Steve Pics to follow.... 02' 110 TD5 Double Cab Rebuild Thread |
