2011 Defender 130 Puma 2.4 HCPU Galway Green

Warranty and Waxoyl?

Dear Mike,

Could you tell me if I will effect any part of my warranty on my new defender 110 (due for delivery October) if I have the vehicle structure treated with Waxoyl or Dinitrol, which seems to be the advice of everyone if I intend to keep it a while?

Not in my experience.

Speak to your dealer for peace of mind or send him an e-mail to get it in writing if you want the belt and braces approach.

Hi Rick,

I can confirm that treating the vehicle with Waxoyl will not affect your warranty.
