9 monts anniversary of Entreq non-delivery of parts
These days I am celebrating 9 months anniversary of non-delivery of parts that I ordered and paid the german ghost firm Entreq EUR 292 for.

No response to my mails, but funny enough they continue to send me newsletters about their fantastics and extremely expensive new products. 2009 Land Rover Defender 90 SVX Soft top 60th Anniversary Edition

I get the same newsletters and am a historical happy customer. Due to people's experiences such as yours I will NO LONGER order or buy from them until they honour their customers and rebuild their once unquestionable quality of service.

Entreq get your act together or go under! Whistle If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!!

I love the internet - what you can learn both good and bad.

@Sven: i feel very sorry to hear that!
I had also bad service experience with them, but fortunatly it didn`t cost me any money.
But i don`t think you have to loose 292€ you paid: have a last try to contact them by letter - then give a lawyer the process.
The parts are excellent - the Service is in my opinion bad
Wish you good luck
Cheers Philip

Similar experience... ordered EUR 265 worth on August 2013 and wired funds the day after.

Received UPS tracking number on email but status remained at "ready to ship" for the months to come.

No response to emails (about a dozen sent).

January 2014 (5 months later) got an email saying "parts were in backorder and will ship today" (just like that!). Asked for tracking number various times but no response.

Then one day in July the package just came in... 11 months after ordering!

Not buying from Entreq/Olaf ever again. Parts are of a superb quality but absurdly overpriced, now when it comes to customer service/business ethics they are absolute rubbish. In my personal opinion based on my personal experience that is...

Cheers
Matt
