The slave cylinder could be leaking? Also check that the hydraulic pipe is dry and that there is no fluid dripping from the bell housing 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

Whip the two 13mm bolts out and pull the slave cylinder out. My money is on it being very wet around the end.
