Interesting.

It's got Fekete's wheels on it! One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS
+ New Defender 110 First Edition

It is quite a nice looking concept (although a bit too much like that silly Toyota FY cruiser truck).

I'm slightly concerned that if they make it too good I'll be tempted away from my 110 Confused One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS
+ New Defender 110 First Edition

Alantd,

Just supposition I know and please excuse my cynisism but as with most development and procurement nowadays your 110 and my 90 will probably be 'long past their sell by date' by the time anything nears production. It'll be mobility scooters we'll be looking for! Either way they'll both be electrically powered.

Rolling with laughter I think my 110 was well past its sell by date when it left the factory Very Happy

By 2015 i'll have just about finished spec'ing it up. The trouble is I've worked my way through most of the 'cheap' mods and now everything gets quite expensive Shocked

It's a double-hit because I have to buy my wife off. One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS
+ New Defender 110 First Edition

Know exactly what you mean! By 'tactical parking' I thought I had got away with my A-bar, no such luck! Three weeks later she noticed, meal in a sea-food restaurant placated her though!
I would say on average never mind the 17:5% VAT I'm subjected to, I've got 25% 'Chick Tax' on top of that to pay as well!

Yeah but you're Up North where everything is cheaper! A southern 25% = a northern 50% so it is comparable whatever way you look at it!

Unlucky - my wife actually supports and sometimes buys me the things (she bought my safari snorkel for me Thumbs Up ) She expects little in return (except the peace a quiet!) Mike

Happy to put them in touch Whistle

She also bought me:
Light Guards
Rear NAS step

My old winch bumper (which was new and I sold putting it towards my new/current winch bumper)

She did want some pink hunter wellies for off roading as a condition of coming - i think this is more than reasonable and purchased them, with bag.

Actually she bought 75% of the roof tent...i bought the bars and put the rest

Wow - i never thought of it like that Whistle Mike
